religious harrassment/discrimination
I am a white male employee, if my manager tells me a joke that i find offensive (Jesus tries to heal a black man, and the man says dont touch me, I'm on unemployment.) Is that Harrassment?

That seems like it would be more offensive to a black employee than a white employee.
But if you find it harassing, then as soon as you report to management that you are being harassed, they are under a duty to investigate. If the harassment continues unabated, you might have a claim for hostile work environment. But this does not appear to be not the great civil rights case of the century.
