Scared of losing custody

I have to fill out the custody Interrogitories and there is one question in there that scares me I t asks has anyone in you family committed suicide or attempted to I took to many sleeping pills 13 years ago before my son was born ,now my soon to be wants to fight for custody.I will lose him? i have'nt done it since .

You have good reason to be concerned. However, if that is only one isolated incident, it may not be a big factor. That is not to say that you should not be concerned. You definitely need to have an attorney representing you.

Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion.
