sealing a youth criminal charge
i have a felony gun charge as a 16yr old in new york city that i have done time for in 1980-1981, i want to become a correction officer but i want to know is there anything i can do to either seal the case as a youthful offender or have my record expunged so i can pass a background check so i can become a candidate, also can i do that from florida as i now reside here and not in new york?
