Separation with wife
My wife and i are about to separate and i would like to know is there any thing i need to do legally so we do not get into legal issues. i live in a suburb of cleveland ohio and we have two children ages 4 and 2.5. i think she does and i do also want to make this work i guess i would like to know what the statistics are of marrages being fixed with a separation and is there any thing i need to do to protect myself also her family lives outt of state should that be a consern

Are you saying you are going to live apart but not divorce because you both aren't sure this is what you want? You might want to consider divorce mediation through your domestic relations court. Here's a link:
