Setting up A non-profit entity under a 50C3 status
I would like to set up an entity under the status of 50C3 non-profit. This entity is to be a ministry. However, its name is to be secular. I am an attorney - though recently admitted to the State of Connecticut. As such, I am not familiar with the creation of said entity in New York. Please advise, or tender more questions to research.
