Trust Fund for a minor
Can a 17 year old withdraw his trust fund?, It states on the certificate of deposit that it can not be withdrawn until the child reaches the age of maturity, or by court order. We reside in the state of Pennsylvania.

The age of majority is 18 years of age. So they will have to wait until they are 18.
