Unauthorized email access

I am 19 years old. My father married 4 years ago after my mother skipped out on us. I've never gotten along with my stepmother , and as such, I have lived with my older sister for the past 3 years. My stepmother recently filed a complaint against one of my high school teachers stating that our relationship was inappropriate. Those accusations were dismissed, however, she submitted emails obtained via unauthorized access of my hotmail account as ''evidence'' in her complaint. I want to know if I have any legal options to persue for her hacking into my email?

Re: Unauthorized email access

If you are under 18, I don't know that you would get very far with this because she is your parent. But generally this would be an invasion of privacy between adults.
