Verbal Contract with Viking

I recently purchased a home in Virginia. I closed on this house two months ago. The kitchen has all Viking appliances and the Refridgerator is not working. I spoke to the Viking representative who asked me to fax the closing paper over. She stated that the appliances would be under warranty for two years from the date of closing. I verbally accepted this. The repair company has determined what is the issue is and that the warranty covers the repair. The repair parts for the refridgerator are on back order.

I received a call from Viking that they now feel that the refridgerator is not under warranty and the repair is not covered. I'm in the middle of getting it fixed. This was a verbal contract that they offered and I accepted. What are my rights here?

Re: Verbal Contract with Viking

Get the frig fixed and then sue the Vikings under the alleged breach of warranty in a Virginia small claims court.
