wage garnishment

I have a feeling I'm not going to get paid after a small claims judgment in, is there any way to enforce payment, maybe by wage garnishment? Is there a form I have to submit at trial?

Re: wage garnishment

It is difficult to get paid after winning a small claims judgment. If you are not paid, then you have a show cause hearing. If that doesn't work then, you garnish. However, in order to find what can be garnished, you need to have a hearing to discover assets.
