Wife co-sign on my primary vehicle
I have not filed for divorce yet. However, my soon to be ex-wife has taken the keys to the only vehicle I use because she is the primary on the car loan. I make all the payments and use the car 99.9% of the time. I am also co-signer on the car. How can I get my car back?

File for divorce, and ask for a temporary orders hearing to resolve the issue.
