work injury
are reps.from safety or someone from my employment permitted in the examroom during my evaluation?other follow ups with Drs.?i feel my exam & treatment plan is discussed more with this person than me,and dr.has changed modifications after this third persons comments determined to get me on light duty.i work on gas drilling & it's very physical.i'm afarid my back injury will only worsen?help!!!

If you feel your doctor is compromising your treatment and you don't trust him or her, I recommend to change your treating doctor. A lot of insurance company doctors have loyalty to whomever pay them. Your treating doctor may recommend restriction based on his examinations and your employer may check those restrictions to see if they can accommodate and find a modified duty work.
