Will the company be able to file for COS without any problem for a previous H1B holder? I was in NY for a friend's wedding + short holiday but then got trapped due to the coronavirus and unexpectedly received an email to interview at a top tier tech company.
Possibly, as long as your previous employer was subject to the H-1B cap.
