Because of my attorney's non disclosure of certain documents to me, I lost my property. This never would have happened if I had seen these documents in the first place. Isn't my attorney liable for my loss?
If Mr. Whipple did not believe you had a case that could be successful, you should mention what problems he found, but I doubt you will get any better opinions than his.
