Can I sue for a bonus that was contractually written and for which I have multiple confirmations of payment?

Unfortunately, in an employment at will situation, which you are likely in, such promises can be rescinded, and bonuses are typically discretionary, that is, not guaranteed. You can argue that the CEO's promises constituted an enforceable contract, but that is likely an uphill battle unless you have a signed contract guaranteeing you a bonus.

If you are laid off during this pandemic, you will be entitled to enhanced unemployment insurance benefits. Good luck and stay healthy!

Pretty tough to say. You may have some claim for expectancy type damages but much would depend on your employment status, contract in place etc.
