I asked my counselor approximately two weeks ago if he could reduce my dosage and start detoxing me at my request so that I do not have to expose myself and my two and a half year old daughter to the population in Harlem New York so as not to expose ourselves to the coronavirus pandemic happening right now and he declined stating that there was only one PA on duty and could not handle the volume of bottle tha eeded to be taken home for people who were more susceptible to the virus i.e. the elderly and people who had predisposed medical conditions I took it upon myself to detox myself without any medical assistance or monitoring whatsoever when I even expressed to several nurses who were the administrators myself at the time where I came to pick up my medication that this is what I was doing one nurse did state that I was not at Liberty to do so an IV bottled with what are you going to do about it she watched me throw out into the garbage more than half my dosage and is not even informed my counselor about the actions I was taking I feel like this is very negligent because I have expressed my concern and I feel like because I am a younger person with no pre-existing condition and
A malpractice case requires a serious, provable physical injury that was caused by the alleged negligence. (Hurt feelings don't count.) You have not described any injury from this episode. No injury = no case. Sorry.
