DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS? ihave been married for 31, my husband sleeps with 2-3 women, he sleeps here 1-2 nights per week. he does work here and my son & i have to retreat to my son's room becasue he takes over the entire condo with his papers. i have been sleeping on the couch for over 10 years because the the bedroom is full of his papers - even on the bed. He filed chapter 13 in my name, he is verbally abusive, he threatens me daily that he will stop paying the mortgage so my 24 yr old son & I will be on the street. i dont have a job and live on my disability check. im trying to get my husband to file the taxes for the bankruptcy and for my son to get financial aid so he can return to college in the fall. my son had to drop out of school for over 2 yrs because he could not finaid because the taxes were not filed on time. he threatens me everytime i ask a question and reminds me tht if i engage in legal help i will loose - he is a lawyer. even though we file joint taxes im not allowed to ask or see how much money he is earning. any suggestions? do i have any rights?

You need a good divorce attorney. You are going to have to go over these issues with your attorney in person, who is going to have to set something up where you can get out of that environment and get immediate support.
