Generally speaking, if a business is closed due to coronavirus, must I still meet the deadline to serve them?

Great question for this unusual time. However the answer will vary widely on the agreement in place and the specific circumstances. I would encourage you to discuss your particular situation with an attorney to get a specific answer.

Facts are not clear here. We have not seen your contract and didn't read the specific terms and conditions. Generally speaking, if your contracting party didn't confirm with you about cancellations and your contract terms don't specify situations like unexpected closures, you maybe at a risk of breaching the contract. Call them and talk with them.
