Having just been notified by a collection agency 11/17/09, that they were attempting to collect a supposed debt dating back to 9/1/01, I was wondering if there is a Statute of Limitations at play here since I've lived at my present location for the last 19 years and have never received any notice of supposed debt that I can remember.
