In 2011 i was put on probation for a misdermeanor in pa i never reported so i violated in 2014 i went to jail in florida did 30 days and paid everything off here in fl o called pa to take care of the bench warrant at the prob office they told me to pay all the costs and then pay the fee to remove the bench warrant l.so i did now at the prob office they telling me that the warrant cannot be removed until i go on front of a judge in pa i dont want to go to jail after i just paid a 1000 dollars for this matter...what are the chances that i have to do time or that the judge removes the bench warrant if i go up to pa to court? Plz help
Your best bet is to hire a PA lawyer to work this out for you since you’ve taken care of the financial part and did 30 days. I’m assuming the 30 days was waiting for PA to extradite, which they didn’t do. Good luck.

That's a terrible situation to be in. And I'm sorry they had you pay all of that money just to be told that you have to appear before a judge. In any event, you will probably get a better answer if you post the question in the "PA" law forum instead of Florida.
I am not licensed in PA, but I can take a guess that they have different rules and procedures for getting violations of probation and bench warrants cleared. Your best bet is to get guidance there.
Best of luck. -M
