hi my son is 18 years old an has commited his first crime of strong armed robbery he's never been in trouble and is very worried about his sentencing my question is to you would you think he's elgible for probation .his charge is labeled 2nd degree felony 812.13

It will depend on his score sheet and the circumstances of the crime. Strong Armed Robbery is a serious crime and unless there are good mitigating factors, simple probation is unlikely if your son has been convicted.
