I have been caretaker there for over 2 years, I went back to work last year because of zero pay and I have a 13 year old daughter to support. She now wants me off the property and this is during the COVID lock down in our state. I also have spent thousands of dollars on supplies and people to come out and help with dogs in my absence. Does this give me any leeway ?
No residential eviction is being done in WA unless the tenant is causing physical harm to the landlord or others at the property. This will last until at least the end of April 2020. The governments may decide to extend the suspension of eviction longer.
In the meanwhile, you should start looking for a new place to live. You have no legal right to force your former employer to provide housing for you when you are no longer working for the employer.
