I am filing my divorce paperwork, and there are children involved. I downloaded what looks like the summons from online to get this process started. There are many fields I cannot fill out because they are asking for my husbands information. His income, etc. This is not information he is willing to give up voluntarily. Do i leave it blank and turn it into the courthouse? How does this work?
