I have a great nephew by my niece. up until recently she has allowed me to spend time with the boy. She wanted to move him out of state and the father protested and I was interviewed on his behalf. Now she does not allow me to see the boy. I have started going through the father when he has the boy for his weekends. She has now told the father she does not want him letting me see the boy. My question is can she tell the father who he can let the boy spend time with when it is his weekend?
