i just recently lost custody of my three year old child to child protective services and she is a dependent of the state due to the fact that i was on the run for over a year i'm currntly attending classes.what other steps do i need to take to regain custody?.what steps does my lawyer need to take?,he does not want to approach the bench/judge until i have more classes completed.what do you suggest?,i donwant time to run out,i only have 6 months.
