What you did is not even identified as identity theft by the non-profit Identity Theft Resource Center. It more likely borders on impersonation, which can be a felony if you're prosecuted and found guilty. And these days, with cutbacks in government budgets, this is not an even remotely high profile case. There are bigger and more serious crimes warranting prosecution. But you never know. Consult with a good criminal law or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
