In the State of Nj the primary parent signs their 15 year old daughter up for modeling and the secondary parent disagrees .Can the primary parent still legally sign the child up or does the secondary parent have any rights in the decision making process? Thank you

Any time there is a disagreement like this, you will probably have to see an attorney and go to court over it.
