My 17 year old has decided after repeated warnings that her behavior is going to make us not let her back in the house. She lies, steals, has runaway before. After catching her lying again and screaming at us over the phone she said that she does not want to come back home. We said fine, then do not. Do I legally have to let he back in my home after she said she does not want to be here?

Technically you do not, but you may lose custody when DCFS comes to investigate. This may not bother you.
