My ex and I now share 50/50. if he files a motion to decrease child support will I have to pay back retro active. I now get 500.00 and it will go to 200.00. If he continues to pay me the 500.00 until out case is heard will I owe him the over payments if it goes to 200.00

Modifications of support are retroactive to the date of the motion or request for order (FRO) by discretion of the judge, but not earlier than that.
