My son's wife got arrested on a drug charge. His name is on the car title but not the financial loan paperwork. Is he obligated to get the car that has been impounded and keep it and pay for it? Thanks.

If he is not on the loan, the only way he would have obligations to do anything would be if he had a separate enforceable deal with you.
