You should consult a lawyer in your home state to answer this question. The answer depends on a number of factors and the following list is not exhaustive: (1) does the offer fairly compensate you; (2) have you considered whether you will need future care and will you incur other medical expenses (typically your physicians or experts answer this question for you); (3) have you considered how you are paying back any liens in your case, and are you aware of the lien amounts; (4) are your injuries permanent; and (5) do you have opinions about how your injuries will affect your life?
