So my husband went out and cheated AND got another women pregnant.she recently had him served with paternity papers,i guess for child support.he told me that he was considered a donor but was sexually involved.they never signed anything stating he was a donor, but yet he claims that she told him that her and her husband would raise the child but yet she has done this.i was just curious even though he claims to have been a donor and without any paper work involved can she still get him for child support?

More information is needed before answering your questions. You mention her husband, which could be a defense because husbands are considered to be the legal father to all children born during the marriage, but that presumption is rebuttable.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.

If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.SpartanburgLawyers.com). I wish you the best of luck.
