Landlord said no forgiveness but will work out a payment agreement until all rent is due....can they legally do that???
I do not believe that is the law. The good news for you is that your landlord is currently unable to bring an eviction proceeding. The bad news is, that unless there is a change, you will still owe the rent. Work with your landlord.
There is NO such bill. Your rent is still due.
There haven't been any laws or bills passed. The State Senate and Assembly are not even in Albany right now to act on any proposed bills.
