What are the chances I can get a court ordered dna test to prove that Im not the fathe of my ex wifes 9 year old daughter. I am paying child support for her since 2009. I dont get to see her and i dont have an emotional attatchment to her. I did sign the birth certificate when she was born and I was pressured into it by by exwife. Her biological father is in her life. All of us know who fathered her. i just want tokno the chances of me getting a court ordered dna to prove im not and tat he is, so that he can start paying child support for her. He is in her life and she knows he is her real father. I live in louisiana and she lives in texas.

If the child was conceived during your marriage, she is legally your child. You would have to surrender your rights and he would have to adopt to make her legally his child.
