What can I do if I am having my wages garnished for student loans? Also, the school closed six months after I quit. I quit because it was so poorly run and they were incompetent. There are articles online about the school and statements from former students that I went to school with.

It sounds like the student loans were provided by a bank or other lender rather than the school itself. Can you provide information concerning whether or not the school filed for bankruptcy or whether it has assets that may seized if you were to bring suit? If the school is bankrupt, then you may be liable for the student loans, notwithstanding the fact that the school breached its contract with you.
