What is the age when a child can decide which parent they want to live with and spend their time with in a divorce?

Eighteen. That is when the child ceases to be "minor" and legally becomes an adult (a person of "majority age"). At that point the child is no longer in the legal custody of either parent and can make his/her own decisions as to where and with whom to live, get married, enter the military service, what time to bed, etc.
