Can a law suit for breach of agreement be brought in a country outside the US?

Juvenile Administrative Record Sealed?

If a juvenile (18 y/o) held a license, say to be an EMT, a nursing assistant, etc, and that person commits a violation of COMAR statutes adherent to their practice, can the agency responsible for that juvenile's license release that information via a internet database to potential employers? Is that information sealed because of the individual's age or does it fall under general confidentiality laws?

Breach of Contract involving sign on bonus

I accepted a job with a company who, as an incentive, gave me a sign on bonus. Once the bonus was recieved and spent they approached me and declered the bonus to be recouped since they determined afterhand that I was not eligible. The contract has been voided due to them not complying with the terms. What are my rights about the bonus since it wasn't an advance? Can they legally hold me liable for the sign on bonus?

I have petitioned the court to be the administrator of my father�s estate. My sister has refused to sign the waiver because she wants to administer the estate. I have filed the lawsuit after my father�s death and she has no information regarding the lawsuit. What options do I have if any? And how long can a creditor have to make a claim on the estate for any outstanding debt?

A lein against my house for work done as an act of kindness

My son's father wanted to remodel my kitchen as an act of kindness. He wanted to do something nice for me and our son. I told him I did not have the money to remodle my kitchen, but he said it was a gift. He is now threatening to put a lein on my house for the work he did. Can this be done without any contract? I never agreed to reimburse him for anything. Would the courts just take his word for whatever agreement he makes up when he files this lein?

Disability Discrimination?

My fiance has a disability that creates a noticable limp when he walks and slows his stride. He's been employed at a grocery chain for 23 years. He is an asst. manager and union. Recently the store manager has been scheduling him strictly closing hours & understaffing the rest of the store his shift creating a situation where he is on the checkouts all night, leaving his other tasks unfulfilled. They have now put him on probation for 90 days stating he is not completing his work. They are setting him up for just this. Although they cannot fire him as he is union, I feel they are making it very bad for him so he will quit. Knowing he has this disability, are they discriminating against him? Is this a plausible case to file a greivence? He currently is working 6 days a week, 10 hours or more a day. Many times he spends up to 7 hours on the checkouts. No other shift manager works checkouts to this extent. No other shift manager is made to stand (clearly a conflict of his disability) for all these hours on registers nor are the other shifts grossly understaffed. It is creating sever depression for him as he is in fear for his livelyhood. Any assistance you can give is GREATLY appreciated. I've read some of the ADA laws briefly.
