In Dec 2008 my 60 years old significant other was rob and shot in the head at a store.

I have been trying to help him as much as I can sent he been shot and going from one hospital to another to recovery, now he is on his way to a Rehabilitation Center.

I need to know what are the processes to become Power of Attorney in NJ for a person that have brain damage and cannot speak or write but do responded to command.

debt that I owed to a credit union. I just received a copy of my credit report and it states that the credit union has written it off.Does this agency have any jurisdiction to harrase my or garnish my wages or anything of that sort.

FT position job offer

I've been doing an internship for NYC in HRA for about 1 year and a half now. Two months ago, they offered a FT postition, later they told me I'll start on Jan 12, however last week, on Thursday Jan 8, they called me again saying that I won't start on Jan 12, that somebody with more seniority than me stole my position. Of course, I was shocked, after, I signed all the papers, I took the oath, finger prints, paying more than $100 for some paper work, and they told me I won't start, they didn't even assure me of a future position.

What should I do? it's not fair what they did, I worked really hard for that position, and they took it away just like that.

In our community we have restrictions on our deeds. The covenant of restrictions is always referred to as ''Deed of Restrictions''.

It is not a deed as a deed is an instrument that conveys property.

Are residents bound by this document even though the name is bogus? If my wedding license said ''Deed of Drivers License'' on it I'm pretty sure I would not be married.

Does the type of individual (single or multiple) have higher weight than ''single callsign'' and ''one transmitter ... at a time'' or are all pieces of a definition evaluated on an equal basis such that the order within the sentence in moot?

D/c

I received a General D/C under honorable conditions in 1989. Since then I have graduated with honors in my undergraduate degree, graduated Magna Sum Lata in my masters program, been very successful in my jobs with the VA Hospital and now in my new hospital and am raising two wonderful daughters. I have no debt and I have been very smart with all of my money.I would like to have this D/C upgraded to honorable so I can delete this blemish from my record and feel better about myself.First do I qualify and second how do I go about this?

Non-charged theft/fraud

I recently applied for a position in which a ''background'' check was done. Upon recieving a copy in the mail it showed a ''one time'' incident of fraud/theft at an employer dated 1/24/2002. There were no charged for this and the company was paid back in 1 week as they deducted what I had taken out of my 401K prior to mailing me the balance. Call it lack of judgement on my part, but this was an isolated incident and never happened before or since. I would hate to think this will hinder my job hunt. Is there any chance that this, like DUI's and bad credit, will be removed? Come the 24th of this month it will have been 7 years! Please help!!! Thank you!!! Desperate for work p.s. the incident took place in Florida and I am currently looking for work in California
