Re-applying for OT License

Can I make the Board of Occupational Therapy meet at an earlier date with me? The reason I ask is that we were supposed to meet in late 2005, then several times in 2006, and now they are telling me it will be 5/24/07, and that they can't guarantee my meeting. Here's my situation:

I had my occupational therapy license revoked for a year. That year

ended 8/10/05. But in order for it to be

reinstated I needed to meet with the Board of Occupational Therapy, and

I've been trying to since 8/05. I'm now on their calendar for 5/24/07,

but they say that can change too. I would like to meet with them very

soon. Please help.

what do we do?

my sister is in a coma. all we know is that her boyfriend claims that he found her passed out on the floor that was the first story we got it keeps changing. he refuses to talk to the family he send messages through one of my sisters friends we don't know what happened to her and her apartment complex wont let us in her apartment for all we know it could be a crime scene. my sister boyfriend has the keys to her apartment he doesn't live there and he is not on the lease but he refuses to give us her keys he is hiding from us and the police we cant find him we have reason to believe that he may be the cause of why my sister is on life support. we need to get in to her apartment to get medical information and insurance information and also to see if there is anything there that could help us understand why she is like this. and also she has a car that is missing no one knows where it is and her so called boyfriend wont talk to anyone and let anyone know anything we believe that he is involved and her apartment may have the answers. the police were called but they said the couldn't get us in her apartment because we are not on the lease.. my sister is on life support unconscious in a coma she cant give them consent so what can we do?

is it my responcability if i bought a car in january 2, 2006 to pay for my tags if there due in july 2006 our the car dealership?

my boss would like me to be able to sign certain documents in her absence. Is there an agreement that would grant me that authority?

I was convicted of a misdemeanor, minor in possession of tobacco, when I was 10 years old in Idaho. I moved to Nevada two years later and I have never had any other interaction with the police since then. I recently turned 18, would this still be on my criminal record if an employer were to check into it?

Pennsylvania Legal Residency - New York Employment & Apartment

Two years ago I relocated from Ohio to New York. I no longer own my home in Ohio. I am working in New York and have an apartment here. I have established a legal residency in New York (drivers license, voting registration, income tax, etc.). I do not like many New York laws, particularly relating to firemarms ownership, carry permit, etc. I own a weekend recreational property in Pennsylvania that can be used as a year-round residence. I want to know if I can change my legal residency to Pennsylvania even though I am technically only there 2 days - 3 night per week. If this is possible, what implications does this bring?

I was dismissed from a nursing school 10 weeks before my graduation for "violation of HIPPA" and for befriending a patient after my clinical rotations had ended. There is nothing regarding either in the student handbook we receive upon enrollment, and I had already been placed on probation 3 weeks prior to my dismissal for the "violation of HIPPA". I also don't think that I actually violated HIPPA because I never divulged any information about the patient other than to my instructor, which we do on a regular basis as a teacher/student relationship. There was an altercation between myself and the nursing director less than a year ago, where she followed me out of her office, out of the building and grabbed my backpack and pulled me back. At which time, I turned around and there was a verbal confrontation and I threatened to file assault charges. I never followed through with that threat because I was concerned that if I did, my schooling would be in jeopardy and I would have to watch my every move. It was this same director that had the final say in my dismissal. Any suggestions as to where I should start?? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

cancellation fees

I have already finished the first term of my contract with a phone service provider. Am I liable for cancellation fees even if it is an automatically renewing contract? I am at the end of the second term currently.

legal resposability

On a number of times I paid the rent on my brothers apartment with a personal trust account check in my name. My brother was the only person listed on the rental agreement. He has sense moved out of the apartment leaving a $1000.00 cleaning cost. I just recieved a letter from the apartment management company demanding payment from me.

Am I liable, this is in California
