Fired for manger stealing

I was hired as a loss prevention supervisour when on 3 ocations I caught the LP manger stealing I got fired for reporting it to the reginal manger becouse I did not feel safe telling the GM for the fact that he told me if the manger gets fired then I would too this did happen a year ago but finding out later that he should not have fierd me for doing my job this is only a brief discription of what happened

flooding problem cause by the yard next door

i have a house that has founation problem in the basement the only time i have a major problem is when it rains badly and the house next door yard turns into a pond. And the reason it floods so badly is because their yard is not even , so water stays their for a couple of days. and our house is on a little hill but still floods our basement and as much as we try to fix the basement and take the water out it dosent help when their is so much water out there and they pump their water out on to their yard which adds more water is their something that i can do

Can I remove probation?

I was diving for abalone in California and got caught catching two abalone for a friend. Just FYI, I am not a poacher. My friend got sea sick, so I helped my friend catch two more and got observed by ranger and paid $1500 fine with all equipment confiscated and got 1 year fishing probation. I still think what they are doing is absurd, but what can I do. Anyway, I want to go fishing again before one year and I was hoping to appeal 1 year probation since I have paid fine. Is there a ways to remove probation? If you could help, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

sanitary district inspection

I recieved a letter from our sanitary district stateing that they are doing inspections to make sure that rain water from sump pumps is not discharged into the sanitary drains. My question is that they want to do a inside and a outside inspection. Am i required to let them in my home? I have no problem showing them the outside of my home, which you can clearly see where my sump pump is beinging discharged. I am not comfortbal with them coming into my home

Underground Oil Tank

When a oil to gas heat conversion takes place in a residential home, and the oil tank is underground, does the law require that the oil tank (that's obvioulsy no longer in use) be filled-in or dug-up and removed? (I submitted this question yesterday, but I don't believe it was received, as I did not receive any confirmation).

Toxic dumping

Say a employee of mine made a decision to dump more waste than a permit allowed and my company got a lawsuit put on us. Is there a law or any protection the company can use to say it was the employees fault?

contaminated ground water

a water reclaimation project was started on my propery over two years ago for contaminated ground water from a sunoco station next door we gave writtin permisson to do the testing and cleanup thinking we were doing good, but the project is still going on and theres alot of pipes and wells in my yard and our quality of life is being disturbed and the property can not be sold and this has become a nuisance now is ther anything that can be done for compensation from sunoco?

Noise pollution

I live in Southern California. My neighbor installed three (3) swimming pools pumps those are less 7.5 feet from my house. It make pretty loud noise when three pumps are running.

I filed a complaint to the Code Enforcement Department about

five months ago. Unfortunately, so far, the situation did not get

improved much.

The problem is that the Code Enforcement Department screwed up when measured the noise level. So, I hired an independent consultant to get an official report to show them the problem. After that, they agreed to talk to my neighbor again and tried to get his cooperation.

However, I don't have too much faith in them after five months of disappointment.

The noise really is affecting my health, my family and well being.

Should I hire an attorney to sue the city & my neighbor?

What is the procedure for reporting an employer for overseas violations (OEBGD) to the Host Nations water supply that permitted thousands of gallons of partially treated human waste to be discharged on a regulary basis via the Waste Water Treatment Plant effluent pipe to the U. S. EPA because the Government is the client? These OEBGD violations and non conformances are substaniated by photos and videos that were reported to the employer during an investigation, which caused the employee to be terminated. What legal edge does the employee has under the Whistler Blower Act?
