my dad had an infection,in his feeding tube,went to the hospital,they dropped him and broke his arm,9 days later massive heartattack and died.

the facts as you relate are somewhat complex. The fact that your father was dropped and broke his arm could be trhe basisi of negligence. Whether this had any causal connection to his subsequent heart attack is much more speculative and would depend on more information and medical imput.
