Changing executor of a will?

Is it difficult to change the executor of a will? My parents originally named my sister as executor of their will as well as the trustee of their trust, which is irrevocable. I was left out of the will. Over the past few months quite a few things have come to light in which our parents have become very sneaky, being cause in lies, and have become extremely angry to two lawyers they've hired in NYS as well as my sister and I. We know that changing the executor has to be requested before a judge but how strong does the reasoning have to be?

Also, we strongly feel, as does one lawyer, that my brother and his wife have been using undo influence in coercing our parents to leaving everything to them. How do we go about proving this? Is it possible?

My parents and brother live in NYS, my sister lives in NJ and I am in MA.

Thank you.

Well it is possible but very difficult. Yes you would need a great deal of proof to substantiate your claims. But it is possible, yes.

Good luck.
