I need to know how a parent would go about obtaining confidential information pretaining to a abuse allegation, such as medical exams and video taped interviews I am not accused of abuse.

If there is a pending dependency case flowing through the courts you would be a party even though non-offending (as a parent) and this, other than the reporter information, would be available during the course of the hearing/trial on the matter.
It might also depend on whose medical exam and video tape interview you are looking for.
