My husband and I have recently separated after 18 yrs of marriage He was having an affair and left our home to live w/ this other woman. After 6 wks he wanted to come back and save the marriage. I agreed and we went to marriage counseling and things were great. Two weeks ago I found out he was still seeing the other woman. He again has left the home. We have 2 sons together. Our oldest son is 16 yrs old. My husbands annual income is approx. $100,00.00. He is paying me $650. wk in child support. From the child support i am paying the 1st mortgage and 2nd mtg, as well as the annuity loan we have. In the 3 months he came back he bought a truck and boat on our 2nd mtg. Prior to that we owed nothing on the 2nd mtg. My question is am I responsible for paying all of our debts w/ the money he gives me voluntarily for child support. I was a stay at home mom for 16 yrs until last Oct when I returned to work part time because of him leaving the house and creating a financial burden. Also, if I file for divorce can he bump me off his health ins? I have no health ins working part time.

You should engage an attorney immediately to protect your interests. Probate Court will require your husband to keep you on his health insurances. Moreover, your husband should be responsible for the truck and boat.
There is a lot more that can be done, but you should get an attorney ASAP.
