Child Support/ Custody

I live in the state of Florida. I was never married to the father of my child and have never had any legal actions taken for custody or child support. We share custody 50/50. He pays half of her Day care and pays her health insurance. I have a couple questions. A. Should i have gone to court for this? B. if i want to move out of the state what actions do i need to take cause it will get ugly....i have a feeling

Short answer is-yes you should have gone to Court and you should go now. There is nothing that says he can't stop the day care and the insurance payments tomorrow if he chooses. He can tell the people he is no longer responsible and to look to you for payment. Just get into Court and have ALL the issues settled before they get ugly.
