Child Support/Visitation Rights

A person told me the other day that if the DAD didn't pay child support he would not be allowed to see his children.....is this correct for Kentucky?

Re: Child Support/Visitation Rights

You absolutely cannot, in the state of Kentucky, refuse to allow a non-custodial parent visitation with his or her child simply because child support has not been paid. There are other options available to enforce an order for child support. By refusing visitation, you jeopardize your own situation. I suggest you talk to an attorney about your legal options.
