In preparing an aplication for copyright on my religious teaching books I need clarification of the word ''distribution'' in the instructions. The material was firs used in 1993, and only students workbooks were distributed, given to school students to use and keep. None were sold. No complete teaching booklets and workbooks together were distributed. Are these student's workbooks counted as poublished, or distributed?
