Create a non profit organiztions
I would like to create a non profit organization to help children that
have lost love ones. I would like to
know who do i contact and how do I file the forms. Also how to get a Tax ID so people may file on their taxes.

You will need to file IRS Form 1023, but you will need to first be in compliance with all requirements of the form. So you should get the form and review it to see what you will need to do. Feel free to contact me regarding this.
