E-mail privacy
I found out that our IT guy at work was reading my e-mail. He was not asked by the company to read it, he was just reading it for his own personal interest. Is there anything that I can do legally?
Re: E-mail privacy
If it was your company email address, you likely have little to no right to any privacy. Your best bet is to address this to higher management. Many employers would frown upon outside action, regardless of who was right or wrong.
