false signature on a birth certificate
is it right to have your name falsified on a birth certificate? like if your the father and the mother signs your name....isnt that against the law?

Congratulations on becoming a father. If you're really the father, and your name winds up on the birth certificate, how is that "falsified"? But if she's willing to forge your signature, maybe she's willing to lie about other things. Maybe you and the baby should get DNA tests.
