An employer typically allows employees to accrue paid time off (PTO; e.g., vacation, sick time) in a set amount based on time worked. Under FMLA, you're not working, so no PTO will typically accrue unless your employer has an express policy allowing it; this would be unusual as most employers don't have such a policy.
